Sweet potato

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Wash the sweet potatoes.

Step 2

Place them on a baking sheet (poke a few times with a fork to cook faster) and bake for 40 minutes at 425°F.

After 40 minutes, take the sweet potatoes out of the oven.

Step 4

Cut them in half the long way.

Roquefort Cheese
Walnuts

Step 5

Add the crème fraîche, blue cheese and walnuts. Add salt & pepper to taste.

Step 6

Bake for an additional 5 minutes.

Step 7

Remove the sweet potatoes from the oven and serve with some lightly dressed salad. Enjoy!
