Cherry tomatoes

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 230°C. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Chorizo (cured)

Cut the chorizo into thin slices.

In an ovenproof dish, pour the cherry tomatoes. Add the grated or minced garlic, the basil leaves (reserve some for the final touch), and a drizzle of olive oil.

Step 5

Place the salmon on top of the vegetables. Season to taste and bake for 20 minutes at 230°C.
