Oven, Baking dish
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel and slice the onion.
Step 2
Wash the cherry tomatoes and place them in an ovenproof dish. Add the sliced onions and gnocchi. Season with salt and pepper and add a drizzle of olive oil.
Step 3
Place the feta cheese in the middle of the dish & sprinkle over with the 'herbes de Provence'. Drizzle with olive oil & bake in the oven for 10 min at 200°C.
Step 4
After 10 min, remove the dish from the oven & add a small drizzle of water (or crème fraîche) to the bottom of the dish. Bake for another 10 min at 200°C.
Step 5
Take the dish out of the oven, mix everything together and serve. Enjoy!
