Harissa (paste)
Maple syrup
Garlic

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425°F (210°C). In a bowl, grate the garlic. Add the harissa, maple syrup and 1 tablespoon of olive oil per person. Season with salt and pepper and mix.

Corn on the cob

Step 2

Wash and dry the corn cobs. If using fresh corn, tie the leaves at the base of the cob and cut off a portion.

Step 3

Brush corn on the cob with the sauce and place on a baking sheet.

Step 4

If using fresh corn, bake for 25 minutes, turning the corn halfway through. If using vacuum-packed and it's already pre-cooked, grill for 3 to 4 minutes.

Parsley (fresh)

Step 5

Was and coarsely chop the parsely.

Feta cheese (block)

Step 6

Take the corn out of the oven, sprinkle with crumbled feta, parsley and enjoy. It's ready!
