Chickpeas (canned)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Rince the chickpeas in a strainer.

Harissa (paste)
Cumin (ground)
Tomato sauce

Step 2

In a bowl, mix together the chickpeas, tomatoes harissa and cumin. Add salt and pepper and mix to combine.

Step 3

Pour the chickpea mixture into an oven-safe dish or baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes at 200°C.

Pita bread

Step 4

When the chickpeas are almost ready, toast the pita bread.

Greek Yogurt (plain)

Step 5

Remove the chickpeas from the oven. Serve the chickpeas and yogurt sauce with the pita. Add a drizzle of olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
