Roasted golden cauliflower served with a creamy yogurt sauce !
Make sure you have...
Oven, Pot (small), Colander, Parchment paper
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C and heat a pan of water while you prepare the cauliflower.
Step 2
With a sharp knife, cut steams off the cauliflower, starting from the base.
Step 3
Put the cauliflower in boiling water with a pinch of salt, and cook for 8 minutes. Strain.
Step 4
Put the cauliflower on a baking tray or dish.
Step 5
Add a drizzle of olive oil.
Step 6
Optional: sprinkle with a bit of sesame if you have some at home.
Step 7
Salt, pepper, then bake for 10 minutes until it is nicely golden.
Step 8
Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the yogurt, cumin, lemon juice, and a 1 teaspoon of olive oil per person. Season.
Step 9
Serve the cauliflower with the sauce.
Step 10
Optional: add a few coriander leaves.
Step 11
It's ready! Can also be eaten cold with salad, perfect if you have leftovers.
