Shallot

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel and cut the shallots into thin wedges.

Green beans (frozen)
Shallot
Butter (unsalted)

Step 2

Butter an ovenproof dish and add the frozen green beans, shallots and half of the butter divided into small pieces, salt and pepper. Bake for about 15 minutes at 200°C.

Garlic

Step 3

Meanwhile, melt the other half of the butter. Add the lemon zest, its juice and the grated garlic. Add salt and pepper and mix.

Cod (fresh)

Step 4

Au bout de 15 minutes, sortez le plat du four. Mélangez le tout puis déposez les filets de cabillaud dans le plat. Badigeonnez-les du mélange beurre ail/citron. Enfournez pendant 12 minutes à 200°C.

Step 5

Take it out of the oven and it's ready!
