Whole wheat bread (sliced)

Step 1

Butter one side of each slice of bread.

Cocktail sauce

Step 2

Flip the bread slices. Spread the cocktail sauce to the other side of each slice.

Pastrami
Sauerkraut
Swiss cheese

Step 3

On one slice of bread, add the pastrami, sauerkraut & cheese slices. Top with the other slice of bread, with the butter side facing out.

Step 4

Pre-heat a pan on medium heat. Add the sandwich & cook for 2-3 min on each side, until the bread is well browned & the cheese is melted.
