Bell pepper (red)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Thinly slice the peppers. Remove the pits from the olives (if not already pitted).

Flour (all-purpose)
Baking powder

Step 2

In a bowl, mix the eggs, flour and baking powder. Season with salt & pepper and mix.

Milk (whole)
Olive oil

Step 3

Add the olive oil and milk and mix to combine.

Bell pepper (red)
Feta cheese (block)
Black olives (pitted)
Shredded cheese

Step 4

Add the shredded cheese, olives, pepper and crumbled feta.

Step 5

Pour the mixture into a lightly greased or parchment paper-lined loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes at 180°C

Step 6

To ensure the cake is cooked, place a toothpick in the center. It should come out clean! Serve alone or with salad. Enjoy!
