Ingredients

Lemon
Soy sauce
Sesame seeds

Step 1

If using fresh salmon, freeze it beforehand. Prepare the marinade. In a bowl, combine : half of the lemon juice, the soy sauce & sesame seeds, if you have some.

Salmon (raw, sushi-grade)

Step 2

Defrost the salmon. If needed, remove the skin from the salmon, then small dice it.

Step 3

Add the diced salmon into the marinade. Set aside in the refrigerator for 5-10 min.

Avocado

Step 4

Slice the avocado in half & remove the skin. Small dice the avocado.

Spring mix lettuce

Step 5

Serve the lettuce with the diced avocados & marinated salmon. Season with the remaining lemon juice, a drizzle of olive oil & some freshly grated pepper. Enjoy !
