Zucchini

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 250°C. Cut the zucchini into small cubes.

Step 2

Sauté the zucchini in a pan on medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil for 10 minutes. Season with salt & pepper.

Crème fraîche

Step 3

Pour the cream in a bowl with salt & pepper. Mix.

Dauphiné ravioli
Crème fraîche

Step 4

Add a drizzle of olive oil to a baking dish. Add half the uncooked ravioli into the dish. Add the zucchini and half the cream.

Step 5

Add the rest of the ravioli, zucchini and cream.

Comté (grated)

Step 6

Sprinkle with the grated cheese, salt & pepper and bake for 15 minutes at 250°C.

Step 7

Serve and enjoy!
