Step 1

Add a dab of butter to a pan on medium heat and toast the buns for 15-30 seconds, until lightly golden.

Beef (ground-beef patties fresh)

Step 2

In the same pan, add the burger patties and cook on high heat for 2 minutes on each side.

Raclette cheese

Step 3

Once the steak is flipped, add the cheese and cover.

Onion jam
Whole grain mustard

Step 4

Spread the onion jam and mustard on the bread.

Step 5

Add the patty to the bread, close the burger and enjoy!
