Step 1
Bring a pot of water to boil. Peel and slice the carrots very thinly.
Step 2
Plunge them into boiling water and let them cook for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare a second pot of boiling water. Cook the grains according to the instructions on the package.

Prepare a third pot of boiling water. Cut the broccoli into florets. If necessary, cut the larger ones in half.

Add the broccoli and eggs to the pan and cook for 7 minutes.

Drain the broccoli and eggs. Gently peel the eggs.
Step 7
Once the grains are cooked, drain.
Step 8
Once the carrots are cooked, drain them and mash with a fork. Add salt and pepper and a dash of olive oil.
Step 9
Serve the carrot mash with the grains, broccoli and eggs. Season to taste. Enjoy!
