Quinoa

Step 1

Cook the quinoa according to package instructions. Once cooked through, set aside.

Ginger (fresh)

Step 2

Peel the ginger & slice into thin strips.* *Check out our tips for this step

Mixed vegetables (frozen)

Step 3

Heat a drizzle of oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the frozen veggies, stir & cook until thawed, about 3-4 min.

Step 4

Add in sliced ginger & stir-fry 2 more minutes.

Teriyaki sauce

Step 5

Add cooked quinoa to the pan along with teriyaki sauce. Stir-fry 4-5 min, until everything is well combined.

Sriracha sauce

Step 6

Serve hot, garnished with a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds & a drizzle of sriracha to add some heat (optional). Enjoy !
