Step 1
Wash & cut the broccoli into florets. Halve the florets.
Step 2
In a pot of salted, boiling water, cook the broccoli for 5-6 min until tender. Drain & set aside.
Step 3
Meanwhile, in a second pot, cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain once cooked.
Step 4
Add the gnocchi back to the pot. Add the bolognese sauce. Heat everything over medium heat for 2-3 min, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Serve the broccoli alongside the saucy gnocchi. Sprinkle with grated parmesan & enjoy!
