A crêpe flambé with Grand Marnier - now this is a gourmet treat!
Stovetop, Citrus juicer, Grater, Frying pan
Step 1
Press the orange juice into a glass. Save the skin to zest later on.
Step 2
Add the sugar, orange juice, and Grand Marnier to a pan over medium heat and let it cook for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add the orange zest and reduce for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the butter and let it melt over low heat.
Step 5
Dunk the crêpes into the syrup and let them cook for 2 minutes on each side for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Serve the crêpes with a drizzle of Grand Marnier and don't hesitate to flambé it (with caution!) Enjoy!
