Step 1

Wash the vegetables, slice the carrots and leeks into thin rounds and the mushrooms into thin slices. Dice the chicken.

In the Digicook bowl, add a drizzle of olive oil and the chicken, carrots and leeks. Cook for 3 min / 80°C / speed 2.

Next add the cream, veal stock, 1/2 cup of water per person (150 ml), the mushrooms, salt, pepper and continue cooking for 20 min / 100°C / reverse / speed 1.
