Step 1

Preheat the oven to 240°C. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking tray.

Anchovies
Capers
Black olives (pitted)
Mozzarella (fresh)
Tomato purée

Step 2

Spread the sauce on the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Add the shredded mozzarella, the anchovies, olives and capers. Season with salt & pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.

Step 3

Remove the pizza from the oven. Serve with a salad and enjoy!
