Cut the plums in half and remove the pits.

Balsamic vinegar

Step 2

Make the vinaigrette by mixing the vinegar with 1 tablespoon of olive oil per person, salt and pepper.

In a salad bowl, mix the salad, plums, cheese cut into pieces and the vinaigrette.

Step 4
