Oven
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 240°C. Place the pizza dough onto a baking sheet.
Step 2
Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce onto the pizza dough, leaving a 1cm border around the edges.
Step 3
Add the prosciutto, crumbled goat's cheese & a good drizzle of honey.
Step 4
Add a small drizzle of olive oil & some dried oregano. Bake for 10-15 min at 240°C.
Step 5
Once the pizza is golden brown & the cheese melted, remove it from the oven. Top with arugula & serve with a side of green salad. Slice & enjoy !
