Step 1

Toast the slices of bread (either in the toaster or in the oven on the broil setting).

Cantaloupe

Step 2

While the bread is toasting, cut the cantaloupe into thin slices (about a quarter of an inch thick) and remove the skin and the seeds.

Cured ham

Step 3

When the bread is toasted, spread the creamchesse on them. Then place a couple of slices of cantaloupe on top, and top with slices of prosciutto. Salt and pepper to taste and drizzle a little olive oil if you want. And enjoy!

Step 4

Option: If you have some fresh basil, feel free to add some to you plate as a garnish.
