Step 1
Put the rice in a large pot of boiling water and follow the cooking time as recommended on the packaging. Strain once cooked and rinse with cold water to chill.
Step 2
Cut the salmon into cubes. Mix a soup spoon of soy sauce and rice vinegar per person.
Step 3
Add the salmon, mix and leave to one side.
Step 4
Destone and slice the avocado. Fan the slices. Thinly slice the cucumber and radishes.
Step 5
Add 1 soup spoon of soy sauce and rice vinegar per person to the rice, and mix.
Step 6
Add the rice, salmon, avocado, cucumber, radishes, and cilantro if you have any (optional: sesame seeds) to a bowl. Serve!
