A delicious sweet and savory marinate with a twist!
Oven, Stovetop, Citrus juicer, Grater, Pot (small), Parchment paper
Step 1
Warm the honey and lime juice in a small pot on low heat. Add the turmeric, lime zest and 1 tablespoon of olive oil (per person). Season with salt & pepper and mix.
Step 2
Put the pork chops in a dish and cover with the marinade.
Step 3
Cover with aluminum foil and place in the refrigerator to marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Wash and cut the tomatoes in half the long way.
Step 5
Remove the pork chops from the marinade and place them in an oven safe dish with the tomatoes. Add olive oil on top of the tomatoes and season with salt & pepper. Bake at 210°C (th.7) for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Remove the dish from the oven and add the pork chops on plates with the tomatoes.
Step 7
Add any extra marinade and some chopped parsley. Season with salt & pepper. Enjoy!
