Step 1
Cut the pork into 1 inch slices.
Step 2
Heat a pot with a drizzle of olive oil and add the pork. Cook for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through.

In the meantime, dice the shallot.
Step 4
Dice the garlic.
Step 5
Add the garlic, shallot, curry, and grated ginger to the pot. Add the wine, 80 ml of water per person and the bouillon cube and mix.
Step 6
Add the chopped pineapple.
Step 7
Cover and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
Step 8
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
Step 9
Serve the rice with the sautéed pork. Season according to your taste and enjoy!
