Step 1

Épluchez puis émincez l'ail finement. Lavez puis coupez les champignons en lamelles. Rincez les épinards si besoin.

Faites bouillir une casserole d'eau et faites cuire les oeufs pendant 6 minutes. Plongez-les immédiatement dans l'eau froide une fois la cuisson terminée, pour stopper la cuisson. Mettez-les de côté.
