Step 1

Preheat the oven to 240°C. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking dish.

Goat cheese
Prosciutto
Honey
Tomato purée

Step 2

Spread the tomato sauce on the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Add the ham, crumbled goat cheese and a drizzle of honey.

Step 3

Season with salt & pepper and a drizzle of olive oil and bake for 10 minutes at 240°C.

Arugula

Step 4

Remove the pizza from the oven and top with some fresh arugula. Serve with a side salad and enjoy!
