Step 1
Preheat the oven at 220°C. Drain the mozzarella, then slice it into rounds.


Step 2
Unfold the pizza dough onto a baking sheet. Spread the tomato sauce, leaving 1-2 cm borders for the crust.
Step 3
Add the mozzarella cheese & bake for 8-10 min at 220°C.


Step 4
Once the pizza is golden brown and the cheese is melted, remove it from the oven and add the prosciutto & arugula.
Step 5
Serve the prosciutto pizza on a plate with a side of salad dressed to taste. Enjoy !
