Step 1

Preheat the oven to 240°C Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce onto the pizza dough (leave a thin border around the edge). Sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake for 10 minutes.

Arugula
Cured ham

Step 2

Once the pizza is golden brown and the cheese is melted, remove it from the oven and add the prosciutto, arugula, a drizzle of olive oil and salt & pepper. Enjoy!
