Step 1

Pour water into the mixer bowl and bring to the boil for 10 min / 100°C / speed 1. Pour the pasta and cook according to the instructions on the packet at 100°C / reverse mode / speed 1. Drain and set aside.

Black olives (pitted)
Pistachios (roasted)
Garlic
Basil (fresh)

Step 2

Shell the pistachios and pit the olives if necessary. In the blender, add: pistachios, olives, degermed garlic, basil (keep 2 or 3 leaves for decoration), 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil per person, salt and pepper. Mix everything for 15 sec / speed 5.

Step 3

Fermez le couvercle muni du bouchon mesureur et programmez : vitesse 5 / 1 minute.

Step 4

Once the pasta is ready, drain and rinse with cold water. Add the pesto and mix. Serve with a few basil leaves chopped on top.
