Step 1

Wash and slice the tomatoes.

Flour tortilla (medium)

Step 2

Heat the tortillas in a hot skillet for 1–2 minutes on each side, or until lightly browned.

Ricotta cheese
Mozzarella (fresh)

Step 3

Spread the ricotta on the tortillas. Top with the tomatoes and the mozzarella and prosciutto torn into large pieces. Sprinkle with fresh basil, salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Fold in half and serve.
