Cookeo
Step 1
Wash & cut the broccoli into florets. Slice the larger florets in half & the stem into small cubes. Add them to the Cookeo basket. Pour 200 ml of water into the Cookeo machine & place the basket on top. Cook under pressure for 7 min.
Step 2
While the broccoli is cooking, thin out the pesto with 1 tablespoon of olive oil per person, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Once the broccoli is cooked, drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking.
Step 4
In a large bowl, mix the broccoli with the pesto and add the burrata (or mozzarella) in shreds. Let's eat!
