Country bread (sliced)

Step 1

Cut the bread into large croutons.

Garlic

Step 2

In a frying pan, add a dash of olive oil and the croutons. Grate the garlic on top. Brown for 4 minutes, stirring regularly. Set aside.

Spring mix lettuce
Apricots (dried)
Walnuts
Duck breast (cured)

Step 3

Serve the salad with the apricots, nuts and dried duck prosciutto. Add the croutons and season to taste with salt, pepper, oil and vinegar of your choice. It's ready!
