Flour (all-purpose)
Parmesan (grated)
Butter (unsalted)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a bowl, add the flour, parmesan, diced butter, salt, pepper and mix with your hands.

Feta cheese (block)

Step 2

Once a sandy texture is obtained, add the crumbled feta, mix.

Bell pepper (red)
Tomato

Step 3

Wash the tomatoes and peppers and cut them into cubes.* *Check out our tips for this step

Step 4

Add to a baking dish, adding, salt, pepper, (optional : 0,5 coffee spoon/ person of sugar) and mix everything.

Step 5

Spread the crumble mixture on top of the vegetables and bake for 50 minutes at 180°C.

Step 6

Once the crumble is nice and golden, remove from the oven & serve warm. Enjoy !
