The crumble of crumbles, with a melty chocolate center!

Step 1
Take the butter out of the fridge so gets to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a mixing bowl, add: the flour, the sugar, a pinch of salt and the butter. Mix for 10 sec / speed 6 until you have a sandy texture.
Step 2

Step 3
Wash and peel the pears. Chop them into quarters and then cubes. Break up the chocolate.
Step 4
Ajoutez le chocolat dans le bol du Digicook. Fermez le couvercle avec le bouchon mesureur et programmez : vitesse 6 / 15 secondes.
Step 5
Add the fruits to an oven-proof dish, a proportionate size to the quantity of fruit. The ideal amount of fruit should be a 4-5cm layer. Add the chocolate. Sprinkle the crumble mixture on top. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes
Step 6
Remove the crumble when the top is nice and golden. Eat hot or cold, alone or with a scoop of ice cream or a dollop of crème fraîche.
