Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a bowl, add the eggs, flour and the baking powder. Add salt and pepper and mix.

Milk (whole)
Olive oil

Step 2

Add milk, oil and mix to combine.

Shredded cheese
Mint (fresh)
Peas (frozen)
Feta cheese (block)

Step 3

Add the grated cheese, chopped mint, peas and crumbled feta cheese to the cake batter (keep some peas and feta cheese for decoration). Mix together.

Step 4

Pour the batter into a greased or lined cake pan. Sprinkle the top of the cake with the peas and the remaining feta cheese.

Step 5

Bake for 40 to 50 minutes at 180°C. Insert the tip of a knife to check for doneness. If it comes out clean, it's done.

Step 6

Serve as an appetizer or at dinner with a side salad. Enjoy!
