Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Unroll the pie crust and press into a 9” pie plate and pierce holes using a fork. Cook in a pre-heated oven for 5 minutes and remove.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cook the bacon in a frying pan on medium-high heat for 2 minutes on each side.
Step 3
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, salt & pepper, and mix until combined.
Step 4
Sprinkle the peas and bacon (broken up into small pieces) into the pie crust and pour the egg mixture over the top. Add the shredded mozzarella throughout.
Step 5
Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes. Serve with a green salad and enjoy!
