Step 1
In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the frozen peas according to package instruction. Drain once cooked through
Step 2
In a bow, add the eggs & 'crème fraîche'. Season with salt & pepper. Whisk well.
Step 3
Add in the cooked peas, chopped mint, if you have some & crumbled goat cheese. Stir well.
Step 4
Grease an ovenproof dish (we used a 23 cm diameter dish here) & line it with a sheet of baking paper.
Step 5
Pour in the frittata batter & bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
Step 6
Once golden & cooked through, remove the frittata from the oven. Serve and enjoy !
