Peas (frozen)

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 220°C. Cook the peas in a saucepan of hot water for 8 minutes. Drain once cooked.

Egg
Crème fraîche

Step 2

In a bowl, add the eggs & crème fraîche. Season with salt & pepper and whisk together.

Mint (fresh)
Goat cheese

Step 3

Add in the cooked peas, mint & crumbled goat's cheese. Mix gently.

Step 4

Grease an ovenproof dish & line it with a sheet of baking paper. Pour in the frittata mixture & bake for 20 minutes at 220°C.

Step 5

Once golden & cooked, remove the frittata from the oven. Serve and enjoy !
