All you need is 10 minutes and a can of tuna to cook a gourmet meal!
Stovetop, Pot (small), Colander, Frying pan
Step 1
In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked through, set aside 2 tablespoons of cooking water per person, before draining.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, on medium heat. Add the grated garlic & sun-dried tomatoes cut into thin strips. Sauté for 1-2 mins.
Step 3
Break the tuna up into pieces & add it to the pan with the reserved pasta water. Sauté for 1-2 mins.
Step 4
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it & add it to the pan & stir to combine.
Step 5
If you have some, add a pinch of pepper flakes & the chopped parsley. Season to taste & stir to combine. Serve the pasta with a drizzle of olive oil*. Enjoy ! *Check out our tips for this step
For a truly flavoursome dish, we suggest adding marinated cherry tomatoes, capers & parmesan shavings.
