Tomato
Yellow onion
Garlic
Oregano (dried)

Step 1

In a food processor, combine the tomatoes, onion, garlic, oregano and ½ tablespoon of olive oil (per portion). Add salt & pepper and mix until smooth.

Step 2

Pour the sauce into a large frying pan or skillet and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes, or until the sauce starts to thicken.

Pasta (pappardelle)

Step 3

In the meantime, cook the pasta in a large pot according to the instructions on the box.

Parmesan

Step 4

After draining the pasta, pour it into the pan with the sauce. Mix together and serve with grated parmesan cheese and fresh basil if you have on hand. Dinner is served!
