Step 1
In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked through, drain the pasta.
Step 2
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over medium heat. Add the chicken breast.* Season with salt & pepper. Cook for 4-5 min on each side, until cooked through & golden. *Check out our tips for this step
Step 3
Add the grated garlic & continue cooking for another min.
Step 4
Pour in the crème fraîche & stir. Bring to a light simmer.
Step 5
Add the grated parmesan cheese. Season with pepper & stir to evenly coat for 2 min.
Step 6
Add the pasta & mix to evenly coat.
Step 7
Serve the chicken Alfredo pasta in a plate. Re-season to taste & enjoy !
For a truly flavoursome dish, we suggest adding sautéed mushrooms & some spices such as 'piment d'Espelette' or smoked paprika.
