Step 1

Rip or cut the bread slices into 1-2 inch pieces. In a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, toast the bread and the diced garlic for 5-7 minutes, until the bread is nice and golden. Set aside.

Step 2

Cut the tomatoes in half. Cut the cucumber into pieces. Peel and dice the onion.
