Zucchini

Step 1

Wash and cut the zucchini in two, lengthways, then in 1cm slices. Cook on a hot pan with a bit of olive oil for 5 minutes or until they're golden.

Cherry tomatoes
Pesto

Step 2

Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. In a small bowl, mix the pesto and olive oil (1 teaspoon of pesto, to 1 soup spoon of olive oil)

Arugula
Cured ham
Black olives (pitted)

Step 3

In a salad bowl, mix the zucchini, tomatoes, olives, salad, ham and dressing. Season and serve!
