Dauphiné ravioli

Step 1

To separate the ravioli sheets without breaking them, place them in the freezer for 10 minutes. When completely frozen, “break” them apart like chocolate squares. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over medium heat. Add the ravioli & cook 3-4 mins while stirring, until golden brown.

Spinach (fresh)
Garlic

Step 2

Melt a knob of butter in a second pan, over medium heat. Add the spinach & grated garlic. Season with salt & pepper & cook for 1 min.

Hazelnuts
Parmesan

Step 3

Serve the ravioli with the spinach. Top with crushed hazelnuts & grated Parmesan. Season to taste & enjoy !
