Stovetop, Frying pan
Step 1
In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the frozen peas for 4-5 min. Once cooked through, drain them.
Step 2
At the same time, melt a knob of butter in a pan. Add the grated garlic & sauté for 30 sec over medium heat.
Step 3
Add the gnocchi into the pan & sauté for 3 min over high heat. Reduce the heat & continue cooking for 2-3 min.
Step 4
Add the peas to the pan with the gnocchi. Season with salt, pepper & the 'herbes de Provence. Mix.
Step 5
Serve the gnocchi & peas in a plate. Top with the crumbled goat's cheese, lemon zest & juice & a drizzle of olive oil.* Add some fresh min, if you have some & enjoy ! *Check out our tips for this step
