Drain the chickpeas.

Red onion

Peel and finely chop the onions.

In a frying pan, add a splash of olive oil, the paprika and the onions.

Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the chickpeas, spinach and cook for 2 minutes - stirring on a medium heat adding a bit of water.

Season and set to one side.

In the same pan, add a drizzle of olive oil to the heat and cook the eggs according to your preferences.

Serve the eggs on top of the vegetable mixture, add the crumbled feta on top, and a bit of olive oil.
