Stovetop, Frying pan, Grater
Step 1
Peel, then thinly slice the red onions.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into pieces.
Step 3
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, over high heat. Add the chicken. Sauté for 2 min on each side until golden brown.
Step 4
Lower the heat to medium & add the red onions & corn to the pan. Season with salt, pepper & 'piment d'Espelette'*. Mix well & continue cooking for 5 more min. *Check out our tips for this step
Step 5
After 5 min, add the grated ginger. Mix well & continue cooking 2-3 minutes, over medium heat.
Step 6
Serve the chicken & corn. Re-season to taste & enjoy !
For a truly flavoursome dish we suggest adding smoked paprika, mustard & 'crème fraîche'.
