Red onion

Step 1

Thinly slice the red onions.

Chicken breast

Cut the chicken into pieces.

Step 3

In a large skillet over high heat, drizzle olive oil and add chicken. Brown for 2 minutes on each side.

Mild chile powder, ground (Espelette)
Corn (canned)
Ginger (fresh)

Step 4

Add the onion and corn to the pan. Add salt and pepper, then add the red chili pepper. Then grate the ginger and add it to the pan.

Step 5

Let cook on low heat for 5 more minutes.

Step 6

Serve the pan with a pinch of extra chili if you like. It's ready to go!
