Rice noodles

Step 1

Prepare the rice noodles according to the package instructions.

To make the sauce: Mix the soy sauce, peanut butter, 1 teaspoon of sugar per portion, and the juice of the lime in a small bowl.

Heat a drizzle of vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the minced or grated garlic and the chicken and sauté for 4 minutes.
