Rolled oats
Chia seeds
Milk (whole)
Maple syrup

Step 1

In a bowl, mix: oats, chia seeds, milk and maple syrup. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or the day before for the next day.

Dark chocolate

Step 2

Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in the microwave or in a saucepan in a bain-marie.

Raspberries (frozen)

Step 3

At the same time, defrost the raspberries in the microwave or in a small saucepan to obtain a purée.

Step 4

Add the overnight oats to a bowl and smooth the top, using a spoon. Then add the raspberry purée on top.

Step 5

Pour the melted chocolate in a thin layer on top. Leave to cool for 10 minutes, so that the chocolate hardens, then enjoy. It's ready!
