Step 1
Preheat the oven to 240°C. Mix together the crème fraîche, parmesan, half the grated cheese, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Butter the bread slices on one side.
Step 3
Grease an oven-proof dish with butter. Lay on half the bread slices, butter side facing up.
Step 4
Add on half a slice of ham per bread slice.
Step 5
Add the rest of the grated cheese, then cover with the other half of ham.
Step 6
Close with the second slice of bread, butter side facing the ham. Cover the sandwhiches with the cream-cheese mixture.
Step 7
Bake for 10 minutes.
Step 8
Meanwhile, cook the eggs in a frying pan with a bit of butter.
Step 9
Once the sandwiches are cooked, add the eggs on top and serve with a dressed green salad.
