White rice (long grain)

Step 1

Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. (about 10 minutes in a pot of salted boiling water). Once cooked, drain and set aside.

Chicken breast

Step 2

Cut the chicken into small chunks and cook them in a pan with a drizzle of oil for 5 minutes on high heat.

Corn starch
Sweet soy sauce
Orange
Garlic

Step 3

In the meantime, prepare the sauce. First, squeeze the juice from the oranges. Mix the orange juice, sweet soy sauce, grated garlic, cornstarch and orange zest in a bowl.

Step 4

Lower the heat and add the sauce to the pan with the chicken. Mix and cook on low until the sauce thickens (about 2 minutes).

Step 5

Serve the chicken with rice and season with salt & pepper to your taste. Enjoy!
